453.5 grams All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg’s white) 1.4 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives
Pre-heat oven to 375F
spray non-stick muffin tin with PAM Cooking Spray
Add evenly eggwhites, cheese, and chives (to taste), salt & pepper to each muffin tin. Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes and remove from oven. Remove eggs from muffin tins and let cool on paper towels to absorb moisture.
Serving Size: Makes 12 muffin tin omelets
