8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 oz Appleton farms pork sausage (by KYPATTON) 1 serving Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (3 peppers to a svg) 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 0.5 cup Aldi's Happy Farms Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1/4 C)
Precook sausage. Scramble eggs and cream. Heat oil in a non-stick pan until ripply. Saute peppers and onions until soft. Add sausage and spinach and heat through. Add egg mixture and stir continuously until desired consistency. Add cheese and mix through until combined. S&P to taste.
