16 oz Turkey, Honeysuckle White, All Natural, Lean Turkey Breast Cutlets, Boneless, Skinless 3 clove Garlic 2 Tblsp Lemon Juice 1 tsp Marjoram, dried 1 1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 tsp Pepper, black 1/8 tsp Salt
If you cannot find cutlets buy 2 tenderloins and lightly pound until 1/4 in thick, then cut them in half crosswise to make 4 'cutlets'.
In a shallow baking dish, whisk together the garlic, lemon juice, oil, marjoram, pepper and salt. Add the turkey cutlets, turn to coat and marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat grill or a ridged grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil grill grates. Grill the turkey, turnind once, until just cooked through. About 3 minutes.
