Strawberry Pie - Cool Whip

12 serving Ball fruit pectin - no cook freezer jam pectin 1/4 tsp (by ANGCOULD) 1 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh 4 oz Dannon Strawberry Creamy Fruit Blends Yogurt, 6 oz. 1 pie shell (9" dia) Pie crust, graham cracker 50 tbsp Cool Whip Free
Blend 1 cup (roughly) of strawberries to a liquid (add more fruit as wanted), add pectin, add yogurt. Fold in cool whip (Mine's typically room temp, but it can be chilled), pour into pie shell and cool in the fridge for a few hours until firmed up.
Optional to put cut up strawberries on top.
Can change the recipe to be with any fruit (fruit juice for lemon/lime pies) and change the flavor of yogurt.
