Ingredients
1.0 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh2.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw10.0 oz Ground beef7.0 serving Irish Potatoes, boiled (no salt no butter) 1 potato8.0 oz Baby Carrots, Raw (Kroger, about 1 cup)
Directions
Brown beef. Add all ingrediants to a large pot bring to a boil. Reduce heat cover and simmer 30 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. *Can be made in the Crockpot or pressure cooker. 4 hrs on high for crockpot 12 minutes on soup setting for electric pressure cooker. 8 minutes after weight jiggles @ 10# pressure in stovetop pressure cooker. Serving Size: Makes 8 2-cup servings
