3.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 tbsp Sesame Seeds5.0 cup Rice, FRAFT, Minute Rice, Brown10.0 tbsp Thai Chili Sauce2.0 cup Bush's, Black Beans16.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast100.0 grams Cilantro, raw
Directions
Stir fry chicken with everything except the black beans and rice, when meat is fully cooked add the beans and sauce. Place on top of cooked rice. If you're on a low carb diet you can cut back the rice. Serving Size: 1.5 cup
