Low fat frozen yogurt

Ingredients
1.5 cups plain non fat yogurt2 cups frozen fruitjuice of 1/2 a lemon3 table spoons jam1-4 tablespoons sugar (optional)
Directions
Freeze yogurt and berries. Puree everything but sugar. Once throughly blended add sugar as needed. Spoon into serving dishes and return to freezer until dessert time.
