Ingredients
12 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 6 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 3.5 serving Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup ( I 900 ml tetra pack of beef broth)3.2 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added ( 1 28 oz/796 ml) can5 medium Carrots, raw, chopped3 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh (used a bag of "coleslaw")1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1/2 envelope of lipton's onion & roasted garlic soup mixWater to cover the veggiesSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Broil the meat separately.
Combine the other ingredients in the slow cooker on low for 6 hours or high for 4.

Serving Size: 2 oz of cooked beef and divided the veggies 6 ways. Recipe is calculated on 6 servings.
