1.8 cup Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans 3.6 serving Chickpeas, Goya - 1/2 cup (by TGICAROL) 1.8 cup Kroger Canned Cut Green Beans 3.6 serving Cut wax beans - yellow green giant1/2 cup (125ml) (by STONEANGEL364) 0.5 serving Cara Cara Orange - 1 medium orange 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari) 3 tbsp Cider Vinegar 0.5 tsp Salt 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 0.5 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Oregano, ground
slice all veggies, add the herbs and sauces, juice the orange and throw in all the canned beans (after draining)
