1 quart Buttermilk, lowfat 5 cup Flour, white 6 cup (1 serving) Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal 40 tsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking 8 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 1 cup Molasses, blackstrap 4 large Egg white, fresh 5 tsp Baking Soda 2 tsp Salt 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
In 1 bowl add 2 cups boiling water to all bran
In another bowl add flour splendid salt,baking soda,sift or mix well
Add molasses,eggs,oil and buttermilk,gradually add mix of all bran and boiling water until all is stirred well. Put in container and keep covered.Will last 6 weeks in fridge.Bake 20 minstrel in 400 degree oven ,makes 48 muffins
Serving Size: Battery can keep in fridge for 6 weeks
