Low Carb Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts halved4 slices skim milk Mozzarella Cheese - slices are better as they are pre-proportioned.Prego Spaghetti Sauce Original
Directions
In a nonstick pan sear chicken for 5 mins on each side. Remove from pan and put into a baking dish. Pour 1/4 cup over each chicken breast. Place one slice of Mozzarella cheese over each breast. Place in oven at 350 until cheese is melted.

Makes 4 servings - 1/2 chicken breast each

    I sprinkled Italian Seasoning on the chicken before searing it... turned out great. Also, I tried store frozen chicken and fresh chicken. The frozen turned out tough and rubbery while the fresh turned out juicy and tender. - 10/18/12
