Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookie

Ingredients
16 tbsp JIF creamy peanut butter .5 cup Granulated Sugar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Drop on parchment paper lined baking sheet. I used a small spoon and flattened them with a fork. Bake for 10-12 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cool and eat
