Ingredients
20.0 tbsp pompeian classic pure olive oil Mild1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon0.75 tsp Salt
Directions
Start with room temperature ingredients. Add 4 tablespoons olive oil, egg, & lemon juice to blender. Turn blender on high. Slowly pour in remaining oil as small, steady stream. Keep refrigerated.
