Ingredients
1 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained (chunk tuna)1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Mashed)1 tsp Dill weed, dried 1/2 tsp Salt-free Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend Table Blend 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 9 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw Smoked paprika
Directions
Peel and remove pit from avocado then mash in a bowl with a fork until creamy. Meanwhile open can of tuna and drain the water off of it.
Mix pepper and garlic powder and other spices into mashed avocado. You can get creative here with spices you prefer but my recipe is mindful of sodium content for health reasons.
Add drained tuna fish and mix well. Take a fork and start filling washed celery stalks with the tuna mixture by either slicing stalks in half or keeping them whole. Sprinkle with smoked or regular paprika then serve.

Serving Size: Makes 9 stuffed celery stalks or 18 mini half stalks
