Ingredients
0.25 cup Egg - Eggbeaters0.2 cup Bean sprouts0.5 tsp Ginger Root0.33 tbsp Soy Sauce1.0 slice, thin Onions, raw
Directions
Mince all vegetable quite fine. (Can also include minced garlic if tolerated). Combine with egg beaters. Spray small pan with PAM and pour in batter. Low heat Please! Cover with lid and watch carefully. Flip carefully.
