Ingredients
1 stick Butter, unsalted 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar 1 lb NESTLES-DARK CHOCOLATE MORSELS (CHOCOLATE CHIPS) 9 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
whip egg whites till stiff
melt butter and chocolate in double boiler
beat yolks with sugar
add chocolate/butter tempering as you go to egg/sugar mix
fold chocolate mixture into white mixture-
pour into springform
bake at 350 for 50 min- check with pick, looking for soft moist crumb. Cool 20 minutes or so, then remove ring.
Serving Size: 16 slices
