1 lb. ground turkey1 can (approx. 28 oz.) crushed tomatoes1/2 cup chopped raw onion1 can (7 oz.) sliced mushroom (4 oz. drained)1 can (7 oz.) peas and carrots, drainedSalt to tastePepper to taste1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder1 Tbsp. Ground oregano
1. Spray nonstick large saucepan with cooking spray
2. Saute chopped onion until beginning to brown.
3. Add ground turkey and saute until cooked.
4. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat to simmer and cook approx. 30 minutes.
