Ingredients
150 grams White Rice, medium grain 40 grams Onions, raw 40 grams Carrots, raw 40 grams Parsnips 2 oz Juice, fresh (carrot, celery, apple, parsley, ginger) 20 grams Celery, raw 4 oz Mushroms, whole-Dole-(5 med/3 oz /84g) (by ANNIMAR) 4 1tsp Sunflower Oil 10 grams Salt 2.95 cup Water bottle w/ filtered water 30 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers)
Directions
put the oil and all the vegetables, except mushrooms in oil on a pot, after that put the rice and let it for 5 min. after, put water and let it to boil. you will boil the mushrooms in a different pot, when boiled cut them into slices. at the final, you will mix the boiled mushrooms and leaves of parsley
