1.5 cup Butter, salted1.0 cup Cream Cheese3.0 cup Granulated Sugar3.0 cup Flour, white1.0 tsp Vanilla,Almond or Lemon Extract6.0 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh
Pre-heat oven to 325. Coat bundt pans well with spray oil.
Cream butter and cream cheese with electric mixer. Add sugar slowly while mixing untill fluffy. Add extract. Continue mixing while adding one egg at a time thoroughly combining between each. Mix in flour till well mixed.
Scoop 3/4 c into each place in mini cake pan. Tap cake pan on counter to settle batter. Bake 35 minutes or until toothpic comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes then turn out onto cooling racks to Finnish cooling
