Microwave Raisin Bread Pudding

4 slices raisin bread, cubed2 tablespoons brown sugar1/4 tsp cinnamon2/3 cup skim milk1 tablespoon margarine2 eggs2 tablespoons white sugar1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Line a 2 quart microwave safe dish with the bread cubes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and 1/2 the sugar. Set aside.
Place milk and margarine in a 2 cup glass measure and microwave on medium 4 1/2 minutes, until marg is melted and milk is scalded.
In a separate dish, lightly beat eggs with 1/2 the sugar and vanilla. Slowly pour in the hot milk, mixing all the while.
Pour egg and milk mixture over the bread cubes.
Cover dish with cling wrap and microwave at medium heat for 17 minutes, until the pudding is set.
