Phyllo Dough, 12 sheetsFrozen spinach, 2 package, thawed and drainedOnion, 1/4 cup choppedFeta Cheese, 1 cup, crumbledRicotta cheese, lowfat, 1/2 cupEgg, 2 largeOlive Oil, 3 tbsGarlic, 2 tsp
In a medium bowl, lightly beat eggs. Mix in feta. ricotta cheese, garlic. Add onion and spinach. Mix well. Place 1 sheet of phyllo dough in a 9x11 baking dish. Brush with olive oil. Repeat with three more sheets. Add half the spinach cheese mixture and spread evenly. Repeat with 4 more sheets of phyllo. Add the other half of the spinach cheese mixture. Top with last 4 sheets, brushing with oil between sheets. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown and heated through
