Ingredients
3.0 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.5 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes1.5 cup Edamame, shelled, fresh3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil6.0 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)2.0 cup Black Beans - canned - Kroger
Directions
Drain and rinse beans. Dice tomatoes. Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Pour in olive oil and vinegar and toss. Salt and pepper to taste. Serving Size: 1 cup
