1/4 cup 2% milk2 Tbsp fat free sour cream 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) 1/2 tsp Distilled White Vinegar 1/8 tsp Salt 10 oz (by weight, or appx 4 cups) shredded cabbage2 green onions, light and dark green only, finely chopped1/4 to 1/2 cup (according to taste) Cilantro, raw, chopped
Combine the mayo, sour cream, milk, vinegar or lime juice, sugar, salt, and sriracha and mix well. Toss with cabbage, cilantro, and green onions. Cover and refrigerate for 3-6 hours.
Serving Size: Makes about four 3/4 cup side servings, or twelve 1/4 cup servings for fish tacos
