Ingredients
56 ounce water8 ounce light cranberry juice1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg1/4 teaspoon ground ginger3/4 cup orange juice1/4 cup lemon juice4 tablespoon ground flax seeds
Directions
Bring to a boil first four ingredients. turn off heat source. Allow to completely cool. Add orange and lemon juices. Refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, add 2 tablespoons flax seed and 8 ounce miracle juice. Alternate for the next 12 hours with water and miracle juice (no flax seeds) The last miracle juice you drink before you go to bed, add 2 tablespoons of flax seeds.
THIS WILL GIVE YOU A HORRIBLE HEADACHE, BUT IS SUPPOSED TO CLEANSE YOU OF BAD TOXINS IN YOUR FAT CELLS.
