Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry - per 100g

Ingredients
250g Red Pepper (1 large)250g Green Pepper (1 large)100g Snow Peas150g Chopped onions (1 medium)300g Carrots (3 medium carrots)1-1/2 tsp Vegetable Seasoning1/2 tsp ginger powder1 tbsp Light Soya Sauce1/3c Chicken Broth (less sodium)1 cup Brown Rice (cooked w/ 2-1/2c water)250g dark chicken cooked350g white chicken cooked
Directions
Heat oil & add carrots & onion.
After a few minutes, add remainder of vegetables and heat until cooked, but still firm.
Add remainder of ingredients & heat until hot right through
Serve hot
