458.0 Grams Beans, black1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw4.0 tbsp Kraft Light Done Right Italian Salad Dressing500.0 Grams Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
Chop the onions. Cook them
Add ground beef and cook until brown
Add beans
Mix the dressing with 1/4 cup of water. Add to skillet
Cook on low until liquid evaporated
