Banana Nut Bran Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
.5 tsp Baking Soda 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 1.0 cup BOB'S RED MILL UNPROCESSED WHEAT BRAN (by JONAHSADIE) 1/2 Cup Domino Light Brown Sugar 1 cup, mashed Banana, fresh 1.75 cup Organic Spelt Flour (by RAMARTERRE) 0.5 cup (1 serving) Post Bran Flakes Cereal 1 cup Great Value Lactose Free Fat Free Milk .25 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Salt 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened .25 cup, chopped Walnuts 4 tbsp Nestle Toll House Dark Chocolate Morsels (53% Cacao) (by WORKINGITOUT) 3.25 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Whisk sugar and eggs. Add applesauce mashed bananas and whisk. Add lemon juice to milk, mix and then add to ingredients listed above. In a separate bowl mix the baking soda, powder, bran, flour, crushed bran cereal, cinnamon, and salt. Once blended, add dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients and mix with a rubber spatula. Add in chocolate chips and nuts and scoop into Pam sprayed muffin pan. Serving Size: 15 small muffins
