Spicy Beef and Pak Choi Stir Fry

Ingredients
5 oz Beef - NY Strip Steak 1 cup, shredded Cabbage, chinese (pak-choi), raw 1 tbsp House of Tsang - Szechuan Stir Fry Sauce (by FIVETREE) 2 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
Directions
1. I use leftover steak cut into thin strips.
2. Take a few leaves of the pak choi and roll them up. Cut while in the roll - the stems come out diced, the leaves come out as a chiffonade.
3. Whisk the sauce and vinegar together.
4. Heat a pan over medium heat. When hot, add the steak strips.
5. When steak is heated through, add the pak choi and sauce. Cook for about a minute to heat the sauce and wilt the pak choi.
