OAMM Buffalo Wing Turkey Wraps

Ingredients
1 lb Turkey, Butterball Ground Turkey 93% Lean.75 serving carrots, 1 cup sliced or diced 1 cup FRESH: Celery, Diced 1.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tsp Garlic - minced 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar 1 Tbsp unpacked Brown Sugar 1.5 tsp (1/2 Tbsp) Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tbsp Texas Pete's Hot Sauce .5 cup Tomato Sauce .5 tsp Better than Bouillion, chicken base, reconstituted with 1/2 cup water
Directions
In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey along with the carrots, celery, onion and garlic. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix remaining ingredients for the sauce. Add sauce to meat mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 7-10 minutes until most of the sauce has been absorbed.
