Directions
1. Grind old fashioned uncooked oats in a food processor or grinder. Can also use a pestle and morter. What ever it takes to grind to a powder 2. For a coffee smoothly banana can be cut into chunks and frozen. 3. Combine all ingredientsin a blender. ENJOY Serving Size: 1 serving
