0.5 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh0.5 cup Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt31.0 gram(s) Designer Whey Protein - 100 Good for you Calories 100% Whey Protein Powder - 1 scoop (26 grams)0.5 cup knudsen cottage cheese0.5 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
1. Grind old fashioned uncooked oats in a food processor or grinder. Can also use a pestle and morter. What ever it takes to grind to a powder
2. For a coffee smoothly banana can be cut into chunks and frozen.
3. Combine all ingredientsin a blender.
