Ingredients
1.0 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw1.0 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw12.0 tsp Purity Farms Organic Ghee / Clarified Butter 1 tsp/5g=1serv0.5 tsp Garlic powder15.0 tsp coconut amino4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Chop cauliflower into small florets and chop into pieces the consistency of rice. In large skillet over medium heat, add 2 T. Ghee and cauliflower. Add garlic , salt, and pepper and cook for 5 min. Add carrot and onion and cook until softened. Add remaining ghee and eggs. Stir to scramble then and chop finely. Stir in coconut amino and serve.
