Ingredients
0.5 stick Butter, salted0.25 cup Coconut Oil16.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into even 3/4 inch cubes2.0 tbsp Curry powderSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
1) heat oils in large frying pan 2)add chicken cubes and brown on most sides until cooked thru 3) add curry powder and salt and pepper to taste. Stir together. 4) serve over steamed broccoli or brown rice.
