Easy Black Bean Burgers

3 cup Beans, black 1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 0.75 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry .5 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .75 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh 1 tsp Cumin seed 3 tbsp Salsa 3 tbsp hot water.5 tsp sea salt1 tsp Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipolte Seasoning Blend
Preheat oven to 375. Mash beans coarsely with fork or potato masher in bowl. In a small bowl, soak fax in water and let sit for 2-3 minutes. Add flax mixture to the remaining ingredients to mashed beans. Mix together with fork until uniform consistency. Form the bean mixture into the burger sizes you like. It is helpful to have wet hands when doing this. You should get 6-8 burgers. Place patties on the baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes. or until browned.
