Ingredients
4 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 7 oz Tentation "Yellow Opal" Apple (by BOOKWORM27S) .5 cup, chopped Red Onions, raw 1 oz (24 whole kernels) Almonds 40 gram(s) JUMBO RED RAISINS from Large Red Flame Grapes, 40g = 1/4 cup 4 slices Jennie-O Turkey Bacon .33 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 3 tbsp Honey 1.5 tbsp Cider Vinegar
Directions
Steam Broccoli 5 min rinse thoroughly in cold water. Chop Apple. Brown bacon crisp, cool and chop fine. Blend Mayo, Honey and Cider Vinegar, pour over remaining ingredients in large bowl, toss and chill.
