Avocado Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1.0 tsp Paprika1.0 dash Pepper, black2.0 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard1.0 dash Salt1.0 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw2.0 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes5.0 oz Tuna, Canned in Water, drained2.0 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice1.0 cup Earthbound Farm - Mixed Baby Greens
Directions
Slice and mash avocado with a fork. Flake tuna with fork. Mix lemon juice and mustard into avocado. Stir in tuna. Stir in spices. Finely chop celery and tomato and fold into tuna mix. Serve on mixed greens. Mix together on each bite. Serving Size: Makes on hearty lunch serving
