Italian Cabbage and Chicken Bake

Ingredients
2 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes .5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 8 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast .5 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk Italian seasoning
Directions
Brown the chicken and set aside. Put all your chopped veggies in a skillet and cook for 5 minutes, sprinkle with the Italian seasoning. Transfer to a casserole dish, slice the chicken breasts and lay on top of the veggies. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and put in a 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Delish!

    It was pretty good. Next time I will only use 1 can of tomatoes and double up on the cabbage. I also added 1/2 green pepper, garlic and poultry seasoning to the chicken. - 7/7/19
