Ingredients
2 tbsp Curry powder 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.50 cup Canned Tomatoes 1.50 cup Beans, Garbanzo, Canned, No Salt, 1/2 cup (130g) = 1 Serving 1.50 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 1 cup Lentils, cooked
Directions
Throw everything in a pot and let it simmer on low. I simmer mine for about 40 minutes for maximum flavor.
