Chicken Burritos

Ingredients
4 tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Flour Tortillas 12 oz Dark meat chicken, cooked in the crockpot1 can Yellow Corn1 Can Kidney Beans1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 3/4 cup Salsa 1 cup cooked Jasmine Rice - white
Directions
1. Crockpot the chicken all day until it's falling off the bone. I cook it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2. Debone the chicken when it's falling apart. I toss it with some taco seasoning and a little bit of the leftover fat to give it extra flavor.

3. Mix the corn and beans together in a bowl.

4. Assemble your burritos:
- 1/3 cup of chicken
- 2/3 cup corn/beans mix
- 1/3 cup rice
Shred some cheese, add a few tablespoons of salsa, and wrap it up.
