Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Basil1.0 tsp Oregano, ground1.0 tsp Salt8.0 tbsp Olive Oil3.0 oz Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast)
Directions
Place roast in slow cooker add olive oil, Basil, Oregano, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, water. Cook on High 4-6 hours or 6-8 on Low. Turn off slow cooker let sit for an hour to cool. Take out and pull pork a part with hands or shred using two forks. One serving 3 Ounces. Serving Size: 3 ounces
