Ingredients
4 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Oil 8 tbsp Maranatha Coconut Almond Butter 4 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet]
Directions
Mix 2 T Coconut Oil with 4 T Almond butter, Cocoa and 1 Tsp Stevia. Melt in microwave the pour into mini muffin size silicone molds. Allow to freeze while you make the peanut butter layer. Mix coconut oil, Almond butter and stevia. Top the chocolate layer with peanut butter layer and allow to set in freezer. Serving Size: Makes 15 Mini Servings
