Chocolate Avocado Banana Smoothie

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk1/2 ripe avocado 1 medium banana, frozen2 tbsp natural peanut butter, or any nut butter2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tbsp pure maple syrup1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract1/2 tbsp whole psyllium husk , flax seeds, or chia seeds (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, appr 2 minutes.
