Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients
9.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers4.0 oz Cream Cheese0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese4.5 serving bacon, hormel black label bacon lower sodium 2 pcs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. Slice peppers in half, take out seeds and membranes. I use gloves during this. Mix softened cream cheese and cheddar. Using a butter knife , spread cheese mixture into all halves of peppers. Place pepper halves back together and wrap a piece of bacon around each. Place on foil covered cookie sheet (or in a non-stick muffin tin!) Bake for about 20 minutes or until the bacon is done.
