Nutty Veggie Bites

Ingredients
1 cup, whole Almonds 1 medium Carrots, raw 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 0.25 clove Garlic 3 tbsp Parsley 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Soak the almonds overnight. Dice the carrot then blend all the ingredients in a food processor until well combined. Shape into bite sized rounds and serve immediately with gorgeous groovy guacamole and salad.
