550.0 Grams Chicken Breast, with skin0.75 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw1.0 cup Coconut Milk (Silk)0.5 cup Coconut Cream Pudding, ready to eat1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper10.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
Directions
Cut bell pepper and onion in thin slices, fill with them the chicken breast. Oil a tupper and put the chicken, top with more vegetables and put the coconut cream and milk. Bake by 40 mins at 230°C. Serving Size: Serve in portions of 110 grams
