Ingredients
2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 large Egg white, fresh3.0 tbsp nutiva hi-fiber hemp protein0.13 cup Friendly Farms Unsweetened Almond Milk (Original)0.33 tbsp Spectrum Non-hydrogenated Organic All Vegetable Shortening
Directions
Blend the eggs, egg whites, protein powder and milk in a food processor until a smooth, thin batter forms. Melt the fat in a non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Reduce the heat to medium, then pour in one-third of the batter and spread it evenly over the base by tilting the pan. Cook for 23 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of stevia or a dollop of Greek yoghurt.
