16 tbsp Yellow Corn Meal, (Albers): 1s=3tbsp/30g (by MOCHAMONKEY) 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 5 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 2 tsp Baking Powder

Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes in a 5 x 9 pan
