Rachel's chicken w/ artichokes & capers

Ingredients
thin sliced chicken breast no skinflour to coat chicken breastsalt and pepper to tastefresh lemon to tastecanned artichoke hearts, halved canned capers chicken brothflourbutter shredded mozzerella cheese
Directions
-Thinly slice the chicken breast and coat with flour salt and pepper.
-Cook chicken on medium high until done then set aside.
-Save the drippings from the chicken and add the butter and flour to make a roue.
-Add lemon juice and chicken broth to pan and heat for 2 minutes.
-Toss in the artichoke hearts and capers until hot.
-Add the chicken back in and top with the mozzerella cheese.
-Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
-Serve with French or Italian bread
