Cinnamon Apple Cake

Ingredients
2 c. raisins2 c. water1 c. unsweetened applesauce2 eggs3/4 c. oil2 tbsp. artificial sweetener2 c. flour1 tsp. baking soda1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions
Cook raisins in water until soft. Add applesauce, eggs, oil, and sweetener to raisins. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 inch glass pan, greased with diet butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. 216 calories per serving. Serves 16.
