1 oz Romano Cheese 1 dash Pepper, black 0.25 tbsp Basil 1 dash Salt 2 1tsp Olive Oil 2 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
beat eggs add broccoli cheese and spices .
heat small nonstick fry pan med heat add oil
pour egg mixure in pan let egg mixture firm up several mins
place flat dish in fry pan flip and replace in pan cook several more minutes .
