0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 tbsp *Flax Seed0.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats4.0 gram Trader Joe's Organic Chia Seed0.5 cup silk almond milk organic0.33 tbsp Hemp Hearts210.0 gram Mango Chunks (Dole) [140 grams/1 cup30.0 Grams Ginger Root
Blend 30g peeled fresh ginger root, 1.5c frozen mango, 1/2c almond (or other non-dairy) milk, 1/4 c dry gluten-free rolled oats, 1 Tbsp flac seed, 1 tsp chia seed, 1 tsp hemp hearts and water until smooth. Add additional water as needed.
Add more ginger to make this spicier, or less to tone down the spice.
